Covewood Estates Property Management provides full service property management services. We contract with property owners to handle all aspects of managing your home. Including:

We can manage your property on a full service basis, or we can act as a leasing assistant. Most property owners prefer to have us take care of everything for them, especially if they live out of town. For the more “hands on” local property owners, we can find suitable tenants, and then turn the day-to-day management back over to you.

There won’t be any hidden fees or sudden mark-ups. Everything will be explained before you sign a management contract, and we’ll talk about the services you receive in exchange for our management fees.
