Our founder's journey began in college with a passion for real estate and the purchase of investment properties. Over time, that passion turned into a full-time profession—helping others manage, buy, and sell their own investments with confidence.
What truly shaped Covewood Estates was firsthand experience. After dealing with property managers who felt detached and transactional, it became clear that the industry was missing something real—authenticity. That's why we take a hands-on approach, treating every property we manage as if it were our own. We don't just manage assets; we build relationships.
Today, Covewood Estates offers full-service property management, as well as real estate buying and selling support. We're committed to delivering honest communication, reliable service, and a genuine partnership for every client we serve.

Mark Haberle
Broker
Mark Haberle’s journey in real estate began early—earning his real estate license while still in college and purchasing his first home at the age of 21. With a long-standing belief in real estate as a powerful vehicle for building wealth, he steadily acquired rental properties to grow his personal portfolio.
The U.S. Air Force brought Mark to Florida’s Panhandle, where his passion for real estate investment aligned perfectly with his mission to help fellow service members build wealth through real estate. In 2018, he earned his broker’s license and founded Covewood Estates LLC, a full-service real estate firm specializing in property management, residential sales, and investment guidance.
Today, Mark leverages his years of experience to help clients buy, sell, or invest with confidence—always with a focus on long-term value and smart decision-making. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, seasoned investor, or military member relocating to the area, Mark brings the same level of dedication, professionalism, and integrity to every transaction.
Outside of real estate, Mark is a proud father to his 5-year-old son Camden and an avid golfer who enjoys spending time on the greens when he's not closing deals.

I’m Zack Haberle—a proud dad of three awesome kids, two dogs, and a loving husband. I’m passionate about helping people unlock the power of real estate to create lasting stability and opportunity. I originally studied exercise science because fitness has always been a big part of my life, but I’ve since found a deeper purpose in guiding others through one of the most impactful decisions they’ll ever make: buying or investing in property.
My journey into real estate began when my wife and I bought our first home, lived in it, then turned it into a rental. That single decision sparked a passion that’s grown into nearly a decade of experience as a landlord and investor. Today, I own and manage long-term rentals, short-term vacation properties, and even have experience with new construction. Becoming a realtor and property manager was a natural next step—and now I use that hands-on experience to help others make confident, informed decisions in their real estate journey.
