Covewood Estates Property Management provides full service property management services. We contract with property owners to handle all aspects of managing your home. Including:

• Tenant screening

• Lease preparation, negotiation & signing

• Maintenance coordination

We can manage your property on a full service basis, or we can act as a leasing assistant. Most property owners prefer to have us take care of everything for them, especially if they live out of town. For the more “hands on” local property owners, we can find suitable tenants, and then turn the day-to-day management back over to you.
